Fabulous house to rent in Moraira with sea views for 4 people. Very comfortable and sunny. Located in a small and quiet residential area near the beach  and Moraira (6 minutes), with communal pool and palms.

 

Its a marvellous holiday place to relax with your partner or spend wonderful holidays especially for families with children.

 

The published prices are always per week. Minimum stays are 7 nights, entering on Saturday and leaving the following Saturday in summer months, the rest of the year are more flexible. A car is essential.

 

The villa is semi-attached on two levels supplied by an internal staircase, the main floor is a large living-dining room directly to the terrace and a american kitchen opening.The floor down with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and great terrace with sunny garden and BBQ.

 

SLEEPING:

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. (Additional baby cot)

GENERAL:

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

ENTERTAINMENT:

The villa has satellite-tv, dvd. A computer is also available for your use.

eating & living :

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware.

Domestic animals in the house are not authorised.
