If you're loking for a place with panoramic views to the Mediterranean sea, private, very comfortable, sunny, clean, quiet, equiped and quality, here it is.
|1. ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION|

|2. HOW CAN I BOOK?|
Bookings can be made by form or e-mail, completing date on wiich you wish to stay at the accommodation and the names and surnames, sex and age of all people. Then I will check your information and in a short time you will receive our e-mail confirming your booking option and the following documents: Renting Cost, Bank Account and Rental Contract Option.
Will only be considered a firm booking once the first stipulated payment has been received, which must be made within a maximum term of 4 working days.
The remaining amount must be paid as stipulated in the rental contract.
|3. WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST FOR RENTING|
The published prices are always per week. Arrivals and Departures on Saturday in summer time. The rest of the year it is more flexible and Minimum stays are 7 nights .
The price includes: Fully equipped accommodation, linen (sheets and bath towels), water, air conditioning, electricity. and final house cleaning. The linen is changes weekly. Please bring your own beach towels.
EXTRA payment Central heating or Air conditioning :
You can use maximum energy of 75 kwh. per week.
If maximum use energy per week is exceedees, you will pay a supplement of €0.20 (VAT including) per kwh. to deduct from the Guarantee Deposit. If maximum use energy per week is not exceedees, we will refund you the difference of €0.16 (VAT excluded) per kwh.
|4. HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE CORRECT?|
On receipt of your first payment, for security purposes, you will receive by email your final contract, with confirmation of the payment made, and the arrival instructions.
|5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?|
We accept payments via, bank transfer and cash.
Bookings made for summer period:
1st payment, 40% at confirmation of booking by transfer bank.
2nd payment, 30% 42 days before arrival by transfer bank.
3rd payment 30% in cash and guarantee deposite refundable in cash on handing over of keys.
Bookings made for rest of the year o less than 42 days before arrival:
1st. payment, 40% at confirmation of booking by transfer bank.
2nd. payment 60% in cash and guarantee deposite
refundable in cash on handing over of keys.
|6. WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE DEPOSIT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?|
Guarantee Deposit €200. If no deductions are required your security deposit will be refunded in full to you.
This deposit is used as a guarantee of the proper use, and care of the furniture, equipment and proper compliance with the terms and conditions for entering and leaving.
Said amount shall be provided in cash on the day of arrival, and shall not be debited except in cases of litigation.
|7. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?|
Arrivals take place at Moraira on:
Arrivals and departures day: Saturday in summer months, the rest of the year are more flexible
The earliest arrival time is: Saturday between 16:00 PM. At 20:30 PM hrs. in summer months, the rest of the year are more flexible
The arrival instructions will become available by e-mail once the balance has been paid.
You will always be accompanied in arrival to your holiday home by property owner with the home keys.
Should you be unable to arrive at the scheduled time, please contact our telephone or SMS.
A supplement of 30€ shall be paid in cash if you arrive after 21:00 pm.
If 24 hours without having received any news from the client, we will consider the booking cancelled, with no right to any kind of reimbursement.
|8. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I LEAVE THE HOUSE?|
Departure time in summer months will be at 11:00 AM hrs. (rest of the year are more flexible) will be arranged before the client’s departure, in order for the owner to review, together with the tenant, the house’s condition, so that the guarantee deposit can be returned, and the keys can be taken in.
|9. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM?|
We will provide you with an emergency telephone number available 24 hours a day, where you can notify us of any problem (with installations or utilities for instance) and thus solve it as quickly as possible.
|10. HANDING OVER THE KEYS AND LEAVING THE PROPERTY|
The keys will be handed over at the address, date and time indicated in the booking contract voucher. Should clients arrive outside these hours, on public holidays or a Sunday, they must contact us by telephone or SMS in order to coordinate the handover of keys. In these cases it is normal to be charged a supplementary fee.
The accommodation will be left before 11 AM, in the same state as it was handed over, tidy and with no accumulated rubbish. If this is not the case, clients will be charged a supplementary fee, or in serious cases, they will lose their deposit. See specific terms and conditions.
|11. DEPARTURE AND REFOUNDING OF GUARANTEE DEPOSIT AND KEYS|
The time of departure (Saturday at 11:00 AM hrs.) will be arranged before the client’s departure, in order for the owner to review, together with the tenant, the house’s condition, so that the guarantee deposit can be returned, and the keys can be taken in.
Clients wishing to leave before the time or day stated in this agreement must notify it to the owner by telephone or SMS and the guarantee deposit will be given back to them by transfer bank on the next 7 days after their departure, once the perfect condition of the house has been checked.
|12. NUMBER OF PERSONS|
(Maximum capacity of 4 people). Only those persons whose name appears on the Booking Form may use the property. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.
The owner reserves de right to cancel the rental in case of reasonable doubt regarding the possibility of clients causing serious damage to the property. Non-compliance with the conditions of use and/or leaving will lead to the automatic cancellation of the contract and to the loss of the guarantee deposit. See specific terms and conditions.
|13. CHANGES BY YOU|
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us AT firstname.lastname@example.org or SMS as soon as possible.
|14. CANCELLATION BY YOU|
Should you need to cancel your stay after the contract has begun, the party leader must immediately advise us either by cancelling online at email@example.com or advising us by SMS at our telephone.
Your notice of cancellation will only be effective when we receive your email or SMS. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking and may be unable to re-sell your period of stay, the following cancellation charges will be payable.
Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost of the booking:
|15. GENERAL TERMS|
Casa Girole is part of a private comunity, with people looking for quiet relaxation. We hope our clients act in a adequate manner without causing bother to others by listening to music loud, or making any other loud noises in the house or surroundings. In case of complaints from the neighbours, we reserve the right to evict the tenant without the right to repayment of deposit or paid rent.
Noise is not allowed in the rented house or it surroundings after 24:00 hrs.
It is not allowed ball games in the pool area.
The performance of any activity, that contradicts municipal regulations and the ordinary cohabitation, hygiene, and public order practices, or prevents the resting of people other houses is also forbidden
The client will inform the owner about the ending of the gas supply, provided by means of gas canisters, in order for owner to replace them as soon as possible.
It is forbidden for the client to move furniture from their initial location; if this rule is not complied with, the owner reserves the right to keep the given deposit.
The performance of any activity, that contradicts municipal regulations and the ordinary cohabitation, hygiene, and public order practices, or prevents the resting of other users of the building or housing development, is also forbidden. Apart from making any noise, in the rented house or its surroundings, from 24:00. It is not allowed to play ball in the pool area.
The client will not accumulate waste inside or outside the hired accommodation; he must introduce it, inside bags, in the container which is nearest to the house. If the former is not complied with, the owner reserves the right to keep part of the guarantee for this reason.
In case of power or water cuts, or noises arising from nearby works, disturbing the client during the client's stay, the owner undertakes no liability, as the situations are beyond its control, and are produced by third parties such as water and power supply companies, or even the Town Council.
The price of the stay does not include any of the following insurances: travel, theft, accident or civil liability arising from the client's action to other people or things; therefore the owner undertakes no liability for any eventuality happening to the client in the situations described, inside or outside the rented house.
Domestic animals and smoking in the house are not authorised. The owner reserves the right to cancel the rental contract immediately, and to bring the relevant legal actions, apart from keeping the guarantee if the animal has caused any breakdown in the house, dirt or any other type of damage.
Sorry but, no accepting groups of people that only include under 30s of the same gender.
A supplement of €40 shall be paid in cash in case of lost the home keys.
