Moraira is a small fishing village and tourist center at the same time, where there are no tall buildings, the majority are villas and houses and a lot of vegetation. It is located in the Valencian community 80 km away. from Alicante and 115 km. from Valencia.
Moraira has more than 300 days of sunshine a year. It was recommended by the WHO. for its microclimate and relaxing in the sun for most of the year.
The sheltered bay shape of the coast between Moraira and Calpe, and the position of the mountains that surround us favor a micro climate with an average annual temperature of 18º C.
